Pulsation Damper
SWEPULSE® Pulsation Damper for Hydraulic
SWEPULSE® dampers are adaptive systems that adjust themselves and are based on a unique innovative and patented solution consisting of only one moving part.
The damper adjusts itself completely mechanically at lightning speed so that it has suitable braking at every opportunity regardless of pressure, speed and load and is independent of the viscosity and temperature of the oil. Only the precharge pressure of the accumulator is adapted to the respective installation.
SWEPULSE® Crane Damper
The installation of a SWEPULSE® Crane Damper provides smoother, more comfortable and thus more efficient crane operation, while reducing the risk of harmful load shocks on mechanical and hydraulic components.
SWEPULSE® Crane Dampers are available for both the crane’s swing and lifting functions.
SWEPULSE® Pulsation Damper
An equally unique function is obtained through the installation of a SWEPULSE® Pulsation Damper (as a separate system or in combination with the faucet damper). It is based on the same unique, innovative and patented solution as the faucet damper.
The pulsation damper is mounted on the hydraulic system’s pressure line to minimize the common problems of harmful pressure surges. The result is a longer service life for hydraulic components such as pumps, valves and hoses. This, in turn, naturally reduces the otherwise unnecessarily costly downtime.
